The return process
1. Contact Customer Services
Should you wish to return your bike, providing it is still in like-new condition, you’ve ridden under 10 miles, and you are within 30 days of recieving your bike, simply contact our customer services team to start a return completing this online form
• You will need your order number found in your order confirmation email.
• Proof of purchase and original ownership must be submitted to initiate a return.
• Note, Bikes must have been paid for in full. Excludes bikes purchased using PayTomorrow.
• Note, UBCO will not accept the return of products damaged beyond resalable condition due to crash, abuse, or general misuse. The bike must be returned in like-new condition.
2. Give the bike a quick clean
Please give your bike a clean before you return it. Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth or hose it off with a standard hose and brush. Make sure it’s dry before you pack it up.
3. Re-box your UBCO
Package your UBCO according to our re-boxing instructions.
Please ensure that all original packaging, small parts, tools, and accessories where applicable are included in the box.
4. Return using the provided shipping label
Use the return shipping label emailed to you by the UBCO Customer Service Team.
Simply print your label, tape it to the outside of your return box, and prepare it for the agreed courier pickup as instructed by our Customer Service Team. Be sure to cover or remove your original shipping label.
5. UBCO inspection
Upon receiving your bike at our Oregon facility, it will be inspected by our team for damage and unusual wear. Products returned in like-new condition will receive a full refund.
Please note that products returned with significant, visible signs of wear or missing components/accessories may be subject to a restocking fee. UBCO will not accept the return of products damaged beyond resalable condition due to crash, abuse, or general misuse.
6. Refund issued
Once your return is verified by our team, a refund will be issued to the original payment type.
Note, from shipment to inspection and refund, the return process may take 30-40 days.

What do we mean by like-new?
The point of the 30 days is that you get out and ride the bike but we’d like it back in good condition should you decide it’s not the bike for you. So ride it - but also look after it. The following images are examples of significant signs of use, wear, and visible damage that will result in a restocking fee.
Poor or incomplete packaging
If the packaging is insufficient to protect the bike in transit, the bike may get damaged. Be sure to pack the bike as close to how it came as possible or the resulting damage may incur a restocking fee or refusal of return.
Damaged frame, seat, battery, or rims
Bikes returned with a damage such as scuffs, scratches, or dents will result in a restocking fee, or in severe cases, refusal of return.
Excessive wear and damage
Scuffs, scratches, and signs of excessive wear on any part of the bike will result in a restocking fee.
Dirty or worn components
Excessive dirt/mud/debri in the wheels/brakes will result in a restocking fee.
Missing parts or accessories
The bike must be returned in full with all parts and accessories (if purchased) or a stocking fee or full charge for missing accessories will apply.
