• Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Signet Collection UBCO Experience Competition is UBCO Ltd. 
• Eligibility: Signet Collection UBCO Experience Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is only open to those who sign up at www.ubco.uk/pages/2x2-competition and are 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The Competition is open to United Kingdom Residents only. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of UBCO (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Competition. The Competition is subject to all applicable national, regional and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. 
• Agreement to Rules: By entering the Competition, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Competition. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who the Sponsor decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Terms & Conditions, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Competition or won using fraudulent means. 
• Entry Period: The Competition begins at on 21/06/2023 at 12:00AM BST and ends at on 31/08/2023 at 11:59PM BST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. 
• How to Enter: The Competition must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at  www.ubco.uk/pages/2x2-competition. The entry must fulfil all requirements of the Competition, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Competition may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Competition, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
• Prize: The winner(s) of the Competition (the "Winner") will receive the following prize: 1 winner(s) will receive a 2-night stay at a Signet Collection Hotel with an UBCO experience (approximate retail value £*,*** excl. Tax and travel expenses). Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable and can only be won by the person who originally entered the Competition. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all national, regional and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. This includes any insurance or travel requirements. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Winner will be notified by email and must be available for the preparation of all publicity that may be required by the Sponsor. After the closing date the Sponsor will randomly select one winning entry from all valid entries. The Sponsor will then email the selected entry using the contact details provided. The Sponsor will attempt to email the entrant a maximum of two times. If the Sponsor is unable to contact the entrant, the Prize is forfeit and the Sponsor may select another winner The Sponsor is not responsible for emails not received due to incorrect contact details or emails in Spam or Junk folders.  
• Other: These terms and conditions may be amended and the Competition terminated at any time by the Sponsor. The Sponsors’ decisions on all entry and Competition matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Participants grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, and image, in connection with the Competition and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use. This includes the right to use on the Sponsor’s websites, social media profiles and other publications of the Sponsor. The Sponsor will collect and use, for the purpose of the Competition, your personal information. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information (where such information is readily retrievable by contacting the Sponsor). Entry into this Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
