The Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing a positive customer experience and fostering relationships with new and existing customers to support them with any questions or queries they may have during the customer journey. They work cross-functionally between Sales and Customer Support and will support sales conversion and post-purchase with technical and product expertise to help customers choose the right product for their needs.
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading a high-performance team in the execution of daily order management, assembly, receiving, cycle counting, and shipping. The primary function of the position is to direct and coordinate activities leading to the quality production of UBCO products.
The Group Accountant (Sr.Accountant) is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and reporting. You'll support the Director of Accounting & Audit in managing the company's affairs, improving the accounting systems continuously, and preparing internal and external reporting.
A successful Group Accountant is flexible and adaptable to excel in a dynamic environment during the scale-up phase of the company.
We're looking for an innovative Marketing Manager to be responsible for managing our channel partner co-marketing plans from strategy to execution and supporting marketing functions across the board. You'll be a key member of the marketing team, directly contributing to the growth of UBCO by expanding the value of one of our primary lines of business.
As a member of our Customer Experience team, the role of Global Customer Support Agent will be responsible for directly supporting customers by providing fast, accurate and personalized communication to UBCO riders through email and phone.
